Logget® Entry Categorisation
Logget® can be utilised to capture a range of entries.
- Log Entry Only - Simple observations with no further action required.
- Issues / Hazards - Items that require some form of follow-up or action with a low, medium or high priority.
- Incident Reports - Items that detail illness, injuries, damage with varying degrees of severity
Logget® entries requiring further actions can be assigned to a responsible person and notification sent at the time of reporting.
